Made with only four ingredients, Laundry Soda is a highly concentrated formula that dissolves quickly in cold or hot water. Most importantly, it rinses completely clear, leaving your skin and the environment as spotless as your clothes. So don’t worry – even your mother-in-law will approve!
Free from: SLS, SLES, gluten, phosphates, chlorine, fragrance, optical brighteners, and solid synthetics.
Why Powder?
Liquid detergents are made up largely of water. We don’t think selling and moving water around the planet is a very good idea. The fact is, more cleaning power can be packed into a smaller space using powder.
More bubbles don’t mean more clean
Fabrics need to rub against each other in your machine to effectively clean. It’s this friction, combined with a surfactant, that helps penetrate dirt and stains – too many bubbles will prevent this from happening.
No fillers
Nellie’s Laundry Soda contains no fillers and is made up of only 4 ingredients. We take the bad stuff out, not put it in.
Rinses clear
Nellie’s rinses completely clear, leaving nothing behind. No perfumes, no optical brighteners, no solid synthetics. Your skin, environment and machine are left naturally clean!
Do I put the Laundry Soda in the dispenser of my washing machine?
If you have an HE washing machine, we recommend adding the Laundry Soda directly in the drum with your clothes. The newer machines and HE machines do not have enough water pressure to fully clean out the dispensers of Nellie’s Laundry Soda.
